Sometimes I feel completely clear about who I am— and still question everything.
I’ve watched everyone struggle with feeling two things at once. And I’ve watched how uncomfortable this makes people around them feel.
I’ve watched elite performers hit personal bests,
followed by the inner turmoil of, “Why doesn’t this feel how I thought it would?”

This is polarity.
It’s the part of the human experience no one really prepares you for.
You can love what you do… and still want to walk away sometimes.
You can feel strong… and still feel incredibly tender inside.
You can be full of belief… and still wrestle with doubt.
Holding two truths at once doesn’t mean something is wrong.
It means you’re real.
And it means you’re growing. It’s in the tension that we expand.
Like most people, I used to think I had to resolve these contradictions—
choose one side and silence the other.
But over time, I’ve learned that being able to hold both is its own kind of strength.

Not easy.
But honest.
And powerful.

I’d love to hear about polarities you’re grappling with right now.
